In 28 days I lost 6.5 kilos and 4.5cm’s off my belly!! My goal was to lose 5 kilos so I am so happy! My new waist measurement is 91.5 cm therefore having lost 4.5cm!! I am continuing the clean and healthy eating as I am feeling great.

I have more energy and vitality than I can remember; at least BC (Before Children)…that alone is exhilarating. I feel empowered making better food choices which are supporting my healthier body. everything I eat is now tasting better. I have clarity of thought….and NO headaches! After 28 days, I am no longer craving sugar. But wait there’s more…..

My goal was to lose 3kg – from 83 down to under 80. If possible, I wanted to get to 78, but in 4 weeks I didn’t think it was possible. Imagine my surprise with a few days to go when I was 78.4!!!

I loved doing the Flat Belly Challenge so much that I am going to continue eating this way for the rest of my life! My energy has increased, my sugar cravings are gone and I’m not hungry.

My weight loss journey has made me a new improved younger man, Losing 10.6 kilos Yeh Ha!! It has really been a lifestyle change that I feel confident that I can continue with to lose even more weight, this is just the beginning of my transformation and the new me.
